I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
Beth P., Fort Lauderdale | It is really wonderful... I think the work you have done for me is really wonderful, thank you very much. I have just received 4 canvases ordered last week. They are all great except the 8x10 of the ship in the water. There is a white speck right on the boat on the right side which has probably stuck on it when the finish went on I think. Also there is a slight dent on the canvas on the right side. I may have to get you to redo it. It is an order to send to Australia, to a gallery in Sydney. Will call you, but otherwise you are fantastic artisans.

one of the two frames originally came in the wrong size to had to be resent....then that frame arrived damaged....so am hoping third time is perfect.
